Consider starting with “Ceodore’s Tale.” Once you’ve finished it, you’ll be able to play through the stories of six more people in any order you like before returning to the main narrative with “Kain’s Tale,” “The Lunarian’s Tale,” and “The Crystals.” There are ten stories in all, all of which are included in Final Fantasy IV: The After Years. Take charge of the thrilling battles made possible by Square Enix’s legendary battle system. Feel the moon’s effect in battle, as its phases affect each combatant’s abilities and attack power. Lunar phases cycle cyclically over the course of the game’s duration or while a player is taking a break in an inn, tent, or cottage.
