Resident Evil: Resistance is a computer game in the genre of cooperative shooter with elements of survival horror with a third person view , developed by Capcom in cooperation with the Taiwanese studio NeoBards Entertainment Resident Evil 3. The game takes place in the universe of Resident Evil.

In the center of the game there will be 4 players who have taken on the role of survivors who need to escape from hordes of zombies and mutants. Each of the characters is unique and has its own abilities. The fifth player will confront the survivors, including traps and creating obstacles, releasing monsters to the survivors. Resistance is a Dead by Daylight-esque asymmetrical multiplayer game that sees four non-descript survivors go up against one of Resident Evil’s canonical masterminds: Annette Birkin, Daniel Fabron, Alex Wesker, and Earl Spencer.
