The more territory they gain, the more they discover who it was that cut off Red’s head and how deep his human side is linked to the graffiti world. Plays like the the original Jet Set Radio but with new dynamics around combat and tagging. Controls feel smooth. The visual style is pretty much identical to Jet Set on all counts. Dreamcast-era cel-shading with a cyberpunk aesthetic. The soundtrack for this game is an accomplishment all on its own. It’s not exactly like Jet Set but it has more variety that ranges from spastic breakbeats to Nujabes style hip hop beats to Parliament Funkadelic hard funk beats. Really cool game. Can’t wait to dig even deeper into it.
