You will fail. You will rise again. The art is beautiful and the theme is interesting. The brutality had me disconnect. If you are after that sort of experience, then this is a great game for you. For me, the constant loss of characters that I have cultivated and cared for was draining. To go to the effort of rescuing a soul just to sacrifice it so you could bring back one of your fallen characters was depressing. I don’t have the heart to push through the mass of corpses that would be required to get into the meat of the game.This game has some interesting and fairly unique mechanics, the strategy is a bit hard to follow in the beginning even after the tutorial.
