But that’s genuinely a mistake. If you like 3D platformers that are designed around pure PLATFORMING, this game will be your jam. It’s difficult without being frustrating (checkpoints are key here), it’s varied and has interesting design to it, and there’s plenty of content. What to expect – very little story. Mostly platforming challenges, tight controls, interesting level design. What not to expect – a “platformer” with mostly story bits and quirky bits rather than actual interesting platforming (looking at you, A Hat In Time). Definitely pick it up if it sounds like it will appeal to you. Because I’m near the end of world 2 and it’s really hit a great groove.
